Governor Agbu Kefas of Taraba State has approved the formation of seven-man committee o spearhead the immediate implementation of local government autonomy. In a release issued to media practitioners in Jalingo on Sunday by the Chief Press Secretary, Yusuf Sanda, the committee is tasked with the sole responsibility of advising the state government on the full implementation of the council’s autonomy. The statement revealed that the committee will as well guide Taraba government in ensuring the successful implementation of the new development. It would be recalled that the Supreme Court recently granted full autonomy to the entire 774 local government
