A statement in Birnin Kebbi on Sunday by Malam Yahaya Sarki, Special Adviser to the governor on Media and Publicity, said the NUJ National President, Alhaji Alhassan Yahaya-Abdullahi, presented the certificate to Gov. Idris in Abuja, formalising the appointment.
