Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have foiled an attempt by a 24-year-old Thai woman, Ms. Pattaphi Wimonnat, to smuggle 43 parcels of Canadian Loud—a synthetic strain of cannabis—into Nigeria.
