Ex-Kogi deputy gov, Chief Patrick Adaba, dies at 78

His eldest brother, Dr Tom Adaba, who was the first Director General of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC), died some weeks ago in Abuja at the age of 84 and has since been buried according to Christian rites.
