The Akwa Ibom State Police Command has arrested  42-year-old Victor Okoh in Oron, Akwa Ibom State over the alleged gruesome murder of his wife, Victoria Okoh, ‘f’, 38, at their residence. A statement on Monday by the command’s spokesperson, DSP Timfon John, indicated, “At about 05:20hrs, operatives of the command swiftly responded to a distress
