The European Union and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation  have launched the second phase of a four-year education initiative aimed at strengthening education policies and building teachers’ capacity in Katsina State. The project, which also benefits Adamawa, Plateau, Oyo, Enugu, and Bayelsa states, seeks to train 20,000 teachers and enhance education resilience.
