Chief Afolabi Fashanu (SAN), the counsel for the newly-re-elected Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, has said his client will be deciding on the withdrawal of the suit against the Assembly and former Speaker Mojisola Meranda. Obasa had in February dragged Meranda and the assembly to court to challenge his removal
