The traditional ruler and village head of Ngo Town in Andoni Local Government Area, Rivers State, HRH Ujeile Ngere, has raised concerns over a looming crisis following an order by an individual to shut down markets and restrict movement for a funeral. King Ngere called on the Rivers State Government and security agencies to intervene
