The Federal Roads Safety Corps has blamed excessive speeding and fatigue as the cause of the fatal crash around Ayetoro on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway on Monday that claimed nine lives and injured three. The accident, which occurred at about 5:30 a,m involved a Toyota bus with number plate UYY165ZY and a truck with registration number
