The former chairman of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rambi Ayala, has defected to the All Progressives Congress. The Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Yahaya, who welcomed the former lawmaker into APC emphasised that all APC members are equal and will receive equal rights and treatment, regardless of when they joined the party.
