A Federal High Court in Abuja presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, has adjourned the hearing of a motion filed by former Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke, seeking to amend the originating process in her ongoing legal battle with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission. The hearing has been rescheduled for February 17, 2025. Alison-Madueke, through
