Luka James was arrested by the police operatives for offenses of criminal conspiracy, abduction and rape of a minor, Yahaya Ngurore, spokesperson for the Adamawa Command said in a statement on Monday. According to the statement, the suspect who is from Gwalantabal Village in Song Local Government Area of the State was arrested in Michicka following a report made to the police by Yohanna Begie, a resident of Nkafa Village.
