Justice Chinyere E. Nwecheonwu rescheduled the arraignment to February 3, 2025 after Yusuf was brought to court by operatives of EFCC. The anti-graft agency had on Wednesday, January 29, 2024 arrested Yusuf for arraignment on allegations of fraud. The arraignment was moved to Monday by the Court to allow for amendment of the charges.
