The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Otuaro, has called on the people of the Niger Delta to support President Bola Tinubu, describing him as a national treasure committed to democratic governance and national development.

In a statement celebrating Tinubu’s 73rd birthday, Otuaro praised the President’s leadership, vision, and decisive policies, particularly the removal of fuel subsidies, which he said alleviated a financial burden on the nation.

He commended Tinubu’s commitment to peace, security, and development in the Niger Delta, highlighting initiatives such as the Nigeria Maritime University in Okerenkoko, Delta State; the Federal University of Environment and Technology in Ogoniland; the South-South Development Commission, and the ongoing Coastal Road project.

Otuaro also acknowledged Tinubu’s unwavering support for the Presidential Amnesty Programme, emphasising his financial commitment to its success.

He urged the people of the Niger Delta to reciprocate the president’s efforts by backing his administration.

Otuaro prayed for the President’s continued good health and ability to fulfil his electoral promises.
