Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma on Tuesday launched the Guidelines of the Film Grant Booklet during the Hello Meghalaya Conclave held in Shillong. The initiative aims to provide financial grants to filmmakers for nationally and internationally recognized projects.
