Delhi Capitals (DC) co-owner Parth Jindal said that Indian stars KL Rahul and Axar Patel will play a much bigger role for the franchise in the coming Indian Premier League (IPL) season in terms of responsibility, and they will be surrounded by seve explosive stars.
