Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Dr. CN Ashwath Narayan on Tuesday took a dig at the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) over the garbage cess, alleging that the urban local body has not performed well with the allocated money.
