Delhi Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma on Wednesday took a jibe at the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on his visit to Punjab saying that he had already predicted this move of Kejriwal during the Delhi assembly elections.
