Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Thursday provided appointment letters to 126 newly appointed Gram Panchayat Development Officers under the Panchayati Raj Department at the Mukhya Sewak Sadan located at the Chief Ministers residence.
