Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday reacted to Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadavs remarks on Prime Minister Narendra Modis forthwith visit to Bihar and said that the PM does not stay confined in his bungalow but goes among the people.
