With less than a week to go before the Delhi assembly elections, the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Thursday took a jibe at both the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Aam Admi Party (AAP) during his rally in Badli Assembly Constituency, Delhi.
