Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma congratulated Padma Award winners and said it is a moment of pride for the state that Sheen Kaf Nizam (Shiv Kishan Bissa), Begum Batool and Baijnath Maharaj of Rajasthan have been honoured with the Padma Shri Award.
