After an illegal immigrant from Bangladesh was arrested for allegedly stabbing Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, Trinamool Congress on Sunday said it is the failure of the Central Government and the Border Security Force even if a single person illegally crosses over India from the neighbouring country.
