Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Thursday congratulated Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) scientists on Thursday for achieving a historic success in Indias space mission. India became the fourth country to demonstrate space docking capability after successfully docking two satellites launched under SpaDeX.
