Congress will hold a Jai Bapu, Jai Bhim and Jai Samvidhan rally in Karnatakas Belgaum on 21st January to demand Union Home Minister Amit Shahs resignation over his statement on BR Ambedkar, KC Venugopal, AICC General Secretary (Organisation), said.
