After Congress MP Rahul Gandhis remarks on Arvind Kejriwal, AAP leader Priyanka Kakkar said on Tuesday that Rahul lied about Kejriwal and it is the arrogance of the Congress party that led to their defeat in the Haryana and Maharashtra elections.
