Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday expressed deep grief over the demise of famous Himachali musician Prof. Nand Lal Garg, who passed away at the age of 92 after a prolonged illness in IGMC Shimla.
