Congress leader Supriya Shrinate on Thursday lashed out Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pralhad Joshis statement on the CWC meeting and said that people like Joshi did not understand the ethos of Mahatma Gandhi or Congress.
