Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC on Sunday took a dig at the hypocricy of the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi over his upcoming visit to Parbhani city in Maharashtra, saying that the Congress leader never displayed any concern over the scuffle that took place in parliament.
