Despite exit poll prediction that BJP-led NDA can come to power replacing the JMM-led alliance in Jharkhand, Congress leader Rakesh Sinha on Thursday expressed confidence in victory of INDIA alliance, saying that the public has blessed the Mahagathbandhan.
