The 18th Pravsi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) convention commenced at Bhubaneswar on Wednesday with the inauguration of Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas by External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
