The Haldiram saga began in 1900 in Bikaner, where a small-town boy, Ganga Bishan Agarwal, later known as Haldiram, started his journey. In 1919, he experimented with a thinner version of 'bhujia' made from moth flour, which became a massive hit in Bikaner. Determined to make his snack accessible to everyone, he laid the foundation for the Haldiram legacy.
