BMW Motorrad has unveiled the 2025 updates for its mid-range motorcycles, the BMW F 900 R and BMW F 900 XR. The two models now boast significant technical and visual upgrades, along with a more extensive range of standard features.
Both models feature the same 895cc two-cylinder in-line engine which now produces 105hp and is compliant with the latest Euro 5+ emission standards. BMW has also updated the electronics and added new features such as dynamic traction control, engine drag control, ABS Pro, dynamic brake control and dynamic riding mode.
The F 900 R roadster features ergonomic changes, including repositioned handlebars and footrests, creating a more aggressive riding position. BMW has also updated the design with a redesigned rear end with integrated turn indicator lights. Both motorcycles now get lighter wheels which are now 1.8kg lighter and a new battery that's 0.8kgs lighter. They also feature new adjustable suspension that can be adjusted for rebound, compression and preload. The F 900 R is available in Snapper Rocks Blue metallic, Blackstorm metallic, and a Sport variant in Lightwhite with Racingblue metallic.
