Volkswagen India has announced massive benefits on its portfolio of cars and SUVs, which includes the Taigun mid-size SUV, Virtus mid-size sedan and the larger Tiguan SUV. Other than special offer prices for select variants, the models are available with cash discounts, an exchange bonus or a scrappage bonus (they can’t be clubbed), and a loyalty bonus. Here’s how much you could save on your new Taigun, Virtus or Tiguan during this month.

Volkswagen Taigun discounts in November 2024
During this month, Volkswagen is offering discounts to the tune of Rs 1.5 lakh on the Taigun with the 115hp, 1.0 TSI engine. Entry-level models get a special reduced price (of up to Rs 69,000) for a limited period, though no cash discounts. Meanwhile, select Taigun variants equipped with the 150hp, 1.5 TSI engine get special prices that are up to Rs 1.37 lakh lower, along with exchange and other benefits. Further, VW is offering up to Rs 50,000 off on MY2023 models, and an additional Rs 40,000 for older variants that come with two airbags; the brand had made six airbags standard in June 2024. At the moment, it is the MY2023 Taigun GT 1.5 TSI Chrome and the GT 1.5 TSI DSG that get the maximum discount of up to Rs 2.8 lakh.
Volkswagen Virtus discounts in November 2024
Buyers of the Virtus could avail up to Rs 1.9 lakh on MY2023 Topline variants with two airbags, which come with the 115hp, 1.0-litre TSI engine and manual and automatic gearbox options. As with the Taigun, the entry-level Comfortline and Highline variants get a special reduced price of up to Rs 76,000, making the 2023 Highline trim, the one with the largest discounts of up to Rs 2 lakh. Exchange and Loyalty benefits amounting to Rs 50,000 are available on select variants of the Virtus with the 150hp, 1.5-litre engine. Again, like the Taigun, MY 2023 models get a Rs 50,000 cash discount, while those with two airbags get an additional Rs 40,000 off.
Volkswagen Tiguan discounts in November 2024
VW India’s current flagship offering gets cash discounts of up to Rs 1 lakh. While MY2023 models have a lower direct discount of Rs 75,000, these units have a complementary 4-year service package that is worth over Rs 90,000. While there is no Loyalty bonus on offer with the Tiguan, buyers could avail an exchange bonus worth Rs 75,000, or scrappage bonuses of up to Rs 20,000. The total maximum discounts and benefits available on the VW Tiguan this month is Rs 2.4 lakh. The Volkswagen Tiguan is a five-seat SUV that is powered by a 190hp, 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.
