Shillong, November 23: The NPP candidate Dr. Mehtab Chandee Agitok Sangma, wife of Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma, is all set to win byelection to Gambegre LAC in Meghalaya. The result of the poll is being finalized.
