Minister of Agriculture Production Department (APD) and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department, Javed Ahmad Dar, Tuesday called for enhanced efforts in improving the quality of livestock fodder and strengthening the dairy and poultry sectors in Jammu and Kashmir.
