Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, Wednesday in a meeting of Floriculture, Gardens & Parks Department, assessed progress on development of Chrysanthemum Theme Park (Bagh-e-Gul-e-Dawood) here at Botanical Garden, Srinagar.
