Dr. Raghavendra Bhat, Deputy Director General (Animal Science) at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Delhi, has been conferred the esteemed Dr. P. Bhattacharya Memorial Award by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
