The18th Pravsi Bharatiya Divas (PBD) convention commenced at Bhubaneswar on Wednesday with the inauguration of Youth Pravasi Bharatiya Divas by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
