Assam APSC Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria
The eligibility criteria are as follows:
1. The applicants must be Indian nationals, as specified in Articles 5–8 of the Indian Constitution, and long-term residents of Assam. Aspirants must submit a copy of a genuine permanent resident certificate obtained in Assam for educational purposes or an employment exchange registration certificate as proof of residency.
2. Applicants must complete a BSc in Agriculture or an equivalent degree recognized by the Assam government.
3. The candidate must be between the ages of 21 and 38 as of January 1, 2025. According to the guidelines, the upper age limit will be waived for applicants from the reserved categories.
4. Aspirants will also be required to submit a declaration on "The Small Family Norms" in Form-A when applying for the position.

The selection procedure is divided into two stages:
1. Written exam: This stage tests aspirants' knowledge and aptitude. This exam consists of two subjects i.e., general studies and the agriculture sector.
