Actress Priyanka Chopra, who was recently in India for the shoot of her film upcoming film with Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran and SS Rajamouli, shared an incident which inspired and moved her. On Wednesday (March 19), Priyanka shared a video in which she revealed that when she was on her way to Visakhapatnam airport, she met a woman selling guavas and also shared the inspirational story.
For those unversed, several media reports have stated that Priyanka recently shot for the upcoming film in Odisha, where she also met some of her fans on the sets.
In the video posted on her Instagram account, Priyanka is heard saying, "I was very inspired today. I was driving to Visakhapatnam airport and I saw a woman selling guavas. I love kaccha guavas. I stopped her and I asked 'How much for all your guavas?' She said 150 rupees. I gave her 200 and she tried to give me change. I said, 'No, please keep it'. She obviously sold guavas for a living."
Priyanka went on to say, "So she went away for a little while and before the red light changed to green, she came back and gave me two more guavas. A working women... she did not want charity. It really moved me."
Along with the video, the actress also gave a glimpse of the time she spent in Odisha. "Lately," she captioned her post and added a red heart emoji.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka's last Hindi theatrical release was The Sky Is Pink which didn't do a great business at the box office. But, now, she is all set to make a comeback to Indian cinema with SS Rajamouli's Telugu film with Mahesh Babu. The title of the film has now been revealed by the makers yet.
The movie will be dubbed and released in multiple languages. The actress will also be seen with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt in Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa. The film was officiall announced in 2021, however, there has been no update on it yet.
