Social media never disappoints you on viral food fusions. There are several reels on the internet which show streetside vendors experimenting with food and curating bizarre dishes. A recent video that has caught the attention of Instagram users shows a man adding cheese to his cup of coffee.

Wait, what? Who does that? Singaporean influencer Calvin Lee shared a video online indulging in a new food experiment. This time, he sipped coffee with some cheese. The video showed him dropping a slice of cheese into his drink before consuming it.

Lee enjoyed his coffee in an unconventional manner. He mixed creamer and cheese to the hot beverage instead of trying it in its regular form.

The video opened by showing the reel creator enthusiastically getting ready for his food fun. "Let's try cheese coffee", the overlaid text on the clip read.

He kept the recipe to his unusual coffee quite simple. He first prepared his coffee and placed it on the table. He introduced a few slices of cheese to his drink and allowed the ingredient to melt and spread its flavour.

How did it taste?

With a good stir, he allowed the creamy cheese coffee to set itself. Once done, he said, "Let's try", excitedly. The video recorded him enjoying his preparation and reviewing it.

"Very very pleasant", Lee rated his weird coffee preparation. Describing it further, he wrote, "A mildly sweet and salty coffee that is creamy. Love it".

The influencer posted the clip earlier this March and it has already gone viral for obvious reasons. His video has already hit more than 25,000 views on Instagram. Netizens reacted his unthinkable coffee cheese combination by calling it, "Yummy".
