Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be in good health and not a Chinese national.
Age requirements: Undergraduate applicants must be 25 years of age or younger, master's applicants must be 35 years of age or younger, and doctorate applicants must be 40 years of age or younger.
They must also not be in possession of any other scholarships provided by the Chinese government or other agencies.
Ineligible Applicants:
The following applicants are not eligible for the SGS 2025 scholarship:
Candidates for programmes leading to joint degrees
Those submitting applications in their first or third languages for language and literary programmes
Applicants to undergraduate programmes offered in English
