Tata Motors has taken another step toward electrification by unveiling the Tata Harrier EV at the Tata.ev Day event in Pune. The latest showcase hints at the SUV’s imminent arrival in the Indian market. This isn't the first public appearance of the electric Harrier, as it was previously displayed at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in January. With its debut at key industry events, Tata Motors appears to be gearing up for the official launch of its all-electric SUV.

Tata Motors has developed the Harrier EV on its specialized "Acti.ev" platform, aiming for superior efficiency and driving dynamics. The upcoming electric SUV will feature an all-wheel drive system, ensuring better stability and control across different terrains. A notable addition is its multi-link rear suspension, which is expected to enhance both ride comfort and handling. With an estimated range of over 500 km, the Harrier EV is set to offer a practical and performance-driven electric mobility solution.

The Tata Harrier EV debuts with a refreshed exterior, featuring a sleek closed-off grille and a redesigned bumper with vertical slats, inspired by the Tata Curvv EV. Retaining its signature connected LED DRLs, the SUV includes welcome and goodbye animations, along with LED headlights for enhanced visibility. The newly crafted alloy wheels are designed to improve aerodynamics, contributing to overall efficiency. At the rear, subtle tweaks enhance its appeal, with connected LED taillights and a reworked bumper that integrates vertical slat elements, maintaining design consistency across the vehicle.
