Indore (Madhya Pradesh): After the renewal/execution of 64 groups of the total 173 composite liquor shops of the district through lottery, e-tenders have been invited through the NIC’s e-tender portal for execution of 13 groups of the remaining 34 composite liquor shops for excise policy announced for the year 2025-26.

As per the execution programme released, interested people can submit their e-tender/e-tender-cum-auction through the website from March 10 to March 13 till 10 am.

Information regarding groups of liquor shops to be executed through e-tender (e-tender and e-tender-cum-auction), which includes the names of liquor shops/single groups, their location, their reserve price, security deposit, sale papers for consumption of Indian and foreign liquor etc. will also be uploaded/declared on the NIC portal.

Anyone can get information by selecting the excise department and district under the option of live tender on the homepage of NIC portal http://mptenders.gov.in. The procedure, terms and conditions of execution through e-tender (e-tender and e-tender-cum-auction) can also be downloaded from the website of Madhya Pradesh excise department, i.e. https://excise.mp.gov.in.

Necessary information regarding single groups of liquor to be executed through e-tender of the district can be obtained from the office of the assistant commissioner, excise during office hours, including holidays.

To participate in the process of e-tender (e-tender and e-tender-cum -auction), interested person/ tenderer/ bidder can complete the process of online registration by going to ‘Online Bidder Enrolment’ on the home page of NIC’s MP e-tender portal https://mptenders.gov.in.

For this, the bidder must have a class-3 digital signature. After registration, interested bidders can login to the portal through their login ID, password and digital signature.

An individual/firm/LLP/company/consortium can also participate in one or more processes of e-tender and e-tender-cum-auction separately for one or more or all liquor shops/ groups. To participate in the process, it is mandatory for the bidder to be registered in the contractor registration module of the e-excise portal https://eaabkari.mp.gov.in.
