The University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom is offering three Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust master's scholarships to eligible international fee-paying students beginning their studies in September 2025. This program is a component of the university's plan to advance worldwide ties and use its global connections to better the lives of others.

In 2025, three scholarships will be awarded to deserving students. The following are provided by each scholarship:

Before Friday, July 18, 2025, all qualified applicants who submit their applications before the deadline will be notified of the status of their submission.

Eligibility criteria:

1. Applicants must have an offer for one of the following courses at the University of Sheffield for the 2025–2026 academic year in order to be eligible to apply:

2. For tuition fee purposes, applicants must be categorised as foreign nationals.

3. Candidates must not already possess a degree that is at least as high as the course for which they are applying.

4. Candidates cannot have taken courses outside of their own country before.

5. To be eligible for this award, applicants must be self-funded, meaning they cannot accept funding from a government agency, private company, charity, or research council.

6. Neither the University of Sheffield nor outside funding sources may be used in conjunction with this scholarship.

7. Full-time attendance is required of applicants.

8. Candidates have to start attending the University of Sheffield in 2025.

9. There is no way to postpone this scholarship.

10. The scholarship will only be awarded if the recipient fulfils any requirements outlined in their offer by the date set by the Admissions Service.

11. Obtaining a visa to attend the university in September 2025 is a prerequisite for winning the scholarship.

12. Candidates must be citizens of India or have a permanent residence in one of the nations or territories on the list.
