Ahead of Team India's high-voltage semi-final clash against Australia in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, Delhi Police shared a witty good luck message while promoting road safety. The Rohit Sharma-led side is set to face Australia in Dubai, aiming to avenge their 2023 ODI World Cup final defeat.
जैसे ग्रीन पार की है येलो भी कर जाओगे...

बस ट्रैफिक सिग्नल्स से मिली सीख ध्यान रहे... येलो पर जरा संभल के
Good luck team India

Delhi Police took to X (formerly Twitter) to wish Team India in their own creative style. The post cleverly connected cricket with traffic rules, saying, "Jaise green paar ki hai, yellow par bhi kar jaoge. Bas traffic signals se mili shiksha dhyaan rakhe. Yellow par zara sambhal ke." (The way you conquered green, you will do for yellow as well). Delhi Police also urged fans to not watch the match on mobile.
India vs Australia Preview
For the first time since the heartbreaking 2023 ODI World Cup final, India and Australia are set to renew their rivalry in a high-stakes one-day international clash this time in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 semi-final.
However, unlike their last encounter, the odds seem stacked against Australia this time. The Aussies are without their full-strength pace attack due to injuries and availability issues. Their recent form hasn't been convincing either, with just one win in the group stage and two rain-affected matches. To make matters worse, the Dubai pitch known to favour spinners might not be the most suitable surface for the Australian side.
On the other hand, India enter the semi-final as the clear favourites. Although the Men in Blue may not look as invincible as they did at home during the World Cup, they have been clinical in the Champions Trophy so far. India topped Group A with three wins out of three, defeating Bangladesh, Pakistan, and New Zealand on sluggish, spin-friendly pitches in Dubai. With both teams unbeaten in the tournament so far, the semi-final promises to be a cracker. Will India settle the score this time, or will Australia once again play the party spoilers on the big stage?
