Print the Confirmation Page: Always download the confirmation page after you submit the form. Deductions for bank fees, for example, do not constitute proof of payment.
Have Personal Info at Hand: Before you fill out the application, keep information like your name, your parents’ names, your class 12 admit card, your Aadhaar card, your passport number, your address, your mobile number and your email ID handy.
Review the Sample Form: Before you're ready to fill out the application, check Appendix XV of the info bulletin to familiarize yourself with the format for the application.
Identity Proof Requirement: Indian nationals should bring an Aadhaar card, an election card, or a valid ID. Passport/ citizenship certificate for NRIs and Foreign nationals.
Make Use of Personal Contact Information: Write your or your parents’ email and phone number. Never use your own coaching centre or internet café details.
Upload Required Documents: Passport-sized photographs, scanned signatures, fingerprint impressions, and relevant certificates must be in the specified format and size.
Save Confirmation & Receipt of Payment: Retain at least four copies of the confirma­tion page and fee payment proof for future reference.
Save Important Documents: Keep scanned versions of your photo, signature, admit card, and scorecard until the admissions are done.
Confirm You Have The Correct Address: Fill in the permanent and correspondence address with pin code, email ID, and mobile number.
PwD/PwBD and Citizenship Certificate: In case you are a PwD/PwBD, upload the respective certificate and citizenship proof duly in the required PDF format for verification.
