Veteran Bollywood actor Shakti Kapoor and the father of actress Shraddha Kapoor sold his lavish property located in Mumbai's upscale suburb Juhu for a whopping Rs 6 crore. The locality houses the abodes of some of the biggest stars in the industry, including Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan and others.

According to Square Yards, Kapoor sold his property in December 2024, and a stamp duty worth a staggering Rs 36.66 lakh was incurred during the transaction, along with Rs 30,000 registration fees. The apartment, which spans over 881 sq ft, was sold by the actor for a mammoth amount of Rs 6.11 crore.

It is to be noted that in January 2025, Kapoor and his daughter Shraddha made a notable real estate investment as they purchased a lavish apartment in the uber-luxurious Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower in Mumbai.

Spanning over 1,042.73 sq ft, the house cost the father-daughter duo a whopping sum of Rs 6.24 crore. It comes with two balconies and parking spaces, and the flats in the tower overlook the sea or the Mahalaxmi Racecourse.

In 2024, Shraddha had rented a posh apartment in Juhu for Rs 6 lakh per month, and she had paid the rent of Rs 72 lakh for the entire year in one go.

On the work front, Shakti Kapoor was last seen in the film, Animal. Shraddha, on the other hand, shattered records at the box office last year with her film, Stree 2.

While the actress has not announced her next, she is currently in news for her recent appearance at a wedding with boyfriend Rahul Mody. The actress was even spotted flaunting her phone wallpaper in the city in which Rahul could be seen holding her romantically from behind. If reports are to be believed, the actress might take the plunge with Rahul by the end of this year.
