Abhay Singh, popularly known as IIT Baba was detained in Rajasthan's Jaipur on Monday, claimed media reports. IIT Baba was reportedly held for possessing drugs. He was arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

He gained fame during the recently concluded Maha Kumbh 2025.
